Qi Gong Balls

This pair of qi gong balls with yin yang pattern are sold in their storage box.

Material: iron, resin and copper.

Box dimensions: 10 cm by 5.5 cm

Diameter of a qigong ball: 4.5 cm

Take both balls in one hand and spin them, first in one direction and then in the other. Repeat with the other hand.

When you turn them counterclockwise, that is the Yin direction.

When you turn them clockwise, it is the Yang direction.

You can try to spin the balls in your hands without making a noise. It is a difficult exercise, but excellent for promoting calm and anchoring in the present moment.

Chinese baoding balls can also be used to massage the soles of the feet.
